Hallo zusammen,
wir wollen in unserem Betrieb ein ECM System einführen.
Anforderungen sollten sein, dass es umsonst ist, PDF-Dateien, Office- Dateien usw. gespeichert und abgerufen werden können.
Soweit könnte man das Ganze mit TWIKI oder ähnlichen Programmen gestalten.
Das Problem ist, dass es nicht Serverbasiert sondern Onlinebasiert sein sollte.
Außerdem sollte es so eingeteilt werden können, dass man über einen Login auf verschiedene Bereiche des ECM kommen kann.
Das heißt, dass nicht jeder Zugriff auf alle Daten hat.
Ich weiß die Anforderungen sind ziemlich hoch..
Habt ihr Ideen??

schonmal die Software Ohana angeschaut (www.liebelt-software.de) ? Auf der website gibt es eine kostenlose Version, die das bietet, was Ihr sucht (denke ich). Wir benutzen sie und haben ähnliche Anforderungen. Ein feed-back wäre toll, da wir überlegen auf die kostenpflichtige Version zu wechseln. Danke!

Vielen Dank! Die Ohana software sieht sehr interessant aus. Die Lizenzgebühren sind jedoch sehr hoch.
Kann man die Freeware Version auch über längere Zeit nutzen?
Es ist ja eine Vollversion.

Ja, die Freeware Version ist ohne zeitliche Begrenzung nutzbar. Von daher kann man die Software einfach und ohne jede Bindung nutzen. Sehr easy!
