Einführung eines Archivs über die Historie der Bankgeschäfte der Kunden
Im Jahr 2008 wurde erfolgreich ein Projekt zur Einführung eines Archivs über die Historie der Bankgeschäfte der Kunden unter Einsatz der Captiva-Produktfamilie sowie dessen Einbindung in das Kernbankensystem der ING Bank Ukraine durchgeführt. Zudem erfolgte die Einrichtung eines Archivs zur Speicherung und Verwaltung der operativen Dokumente der Bank. About ING Bank ING is a global financial group with 150-year background offering banking and insurance services, investment and pension programs. ING is placed in the top 20 global financial institutions (as of December 31, 2007). In Ukraine ING is represented by JSB ING Bank Ukraine. In 1994 ING Bank N.V. opened its representative office in Kiev, and in December 1997 it was registered as a bank with 100% foreign capital. Following its selected strategy line, the Bank made a decision in 2007 to enter the retail banking market (by then ING Bank Ukraine had operated only in the wholesale banking segment).
